Our Investment Approach
Threefold buys and builds companies providing residential and commercial property services. Our approach is to always invest or start new companies with an equity partner as the operator. With a permanent capital investment approach, we look for long-term growth and partnerships. With a 20 year successful track record of scaling companies and successful partnerships, we are currently seeking new acquisition opportunities.
