Mark Riggle
CO-FOUNDER
Mark turns strategy into durable results through operational discipline and financial stewardship. He’s a discerning people-builder - quick to recognize strengths in others and maximize them in ways that help teams flourish. Mark leads our business partners, who serve as operational leaders across the portfolio brands, and oversees Finance, HR, Legal, and Executive Coaching at the Threefold level. His leadership is grounded in hands-on experience - he served as president of several portfolio companies before moving into his portfolio-wide role.

Charlie Meyer
CO-FOUNDER
Charlie advances Threefold’s long-term direction by identifying capability gaps across the portfolio and building what’s needed for lasting success. He’s a visionary and problem-solver who innovates to remove barriers while keeping intrinsic impact at the center of everything we do. At the Threefold level, Charlie leads Impact, Go-To-Market, and Leadership Development. He previously served as president of three portfolio brands before stepping into his role helping build Threefold as a permanent equity company committed to lasting good through business.

Anne Nelson
CHIEF OF STAFF
Anne serves as Threefold’s integrator helping the organization move with unity and purpose. With a deep understanding of every business function, she works across teams to build connections, create tools, and drive the operating rhythm. Anne partners closely with the Co-Founders, executive team, and portfolio leaders to align priorities, strengthen communication, and remove friction. A pacesetter by nature, she seamlessly pairs excellence in execution with a deep heart for and understanding of people - helping teams do their best work together.

Krista Schulz
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Working closely with each brand to develop sound business and accounting policies, Krista has been integral in developing and strengthening banking relationships, assisting with risk management and supporting our partners and accounting staff with financial matters. She also supports health insurance and 401k management.

Don Golden
CHIEF IMPACT OFFICER
Using his 30+ years of experience helping organizations tackle social challenges, Don specializes in the intersection of faith-motivated impact investing and market-based solutions. As Chief Impact Officer, Don supports our portfolio brands to use our time, talent and treasure to build a more inclusive and sustainable world.

Dr. Craig Overmyer
CHIEF EXECUTIVE COACH
Dr. Overmyer specializes in equipping executive teams with leadership behaviors and best practices. Those behaviors include helping team members understand each other’s differences, priorities, and work styles. He also instructs teams to meet frequently for strategic thinking, as well as ongoing, monthly executive education.

Gretchen Schott
CHIEF LEARNING OFFICER
Gretchen brings 30 years of leadership, management, and learning and development experience across the technology, financial services, and retail industries to Threefold as Chief Learning Officer. In this role, Gretchen is primarily responsible for cultivating Threefold’s talent-ready strategy, aligned with portfolio brand growth.

Chris is an innovative, service-oriented leader with 27 years of experience in diverse business sectors. As Chief Human Resource Officer at Threefold, Chris is recognized for her ability to inspire individuals and teams, drive strategic growth, creatively problem solve and foster change among our portfolio brands.

CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER
A hands-on, marketing, strategy and revenue growth executive, Craig has 30+ years of executive leadership experience successfully building, growing, and scaling venture-backed B2B technology and SaaS companies with aggressive growth goals and complex solution selling challenges.

Aaron Dixon
CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER
Aaron works on a wide range of projects as a strategic advisor and legal counselor. He acts as a gatekeeper with varying legal opportunities and needs, identifying issues, analyzing risk and reward, and developing strategic alternatives. When necessary, he connects clients with specialists to deal with discrete areas of the law.
